  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I know my personal information is secure?
    At Tannis Financials, we take your security and privacy seriously. We use the latest technology to protect your personal information. All of our employees are trained in data security and privacy protocols and must adhere to our strict security and privacy policies. We also use secure encryption technology to ensure that your information is safe.
  • What if I don't have all of my W2's or required documentations?
    Please refrain from filling out the form until you have all the necessary documentation and information. However, if something is missing it will add an additional 3-7 business days for processing and also a $25 penalty fee.
  • How will I receive my Tax Refund?
    Clients have the option to receive their tax refund by Direct Deposit, Check, or a Prepaid Debit Card. You may select which option on the Tax Return Form.
  • Why does it take 3-7 business days to process my information?
    At Tannis Financials, we strive to provide our clients with the most accurate and reliable tax preparation services. We take the time to review your information thoroughly to ensure that all of the necessary steps are taken to provide you with the best possible outcome. We understand that the 3-7 business days it takes to process your information may seem like a long time, but we believe that taking the time to thoroughly review your information is the best way to ensure that you get the most out of our services.
  • How much money can I make realistically?
    There isn't a limit on how much money you can make. On average if you have 10 clients per week and charge them each a $800 fee. You would be making $8,000 a week!
  • What if I signed up for a package, but would like to upgrade?
    You have the ability to upgrade package tiers at anytime.
  • What are the splits for?
    The splits are the fees that will be taken from your profit by the software host. (Customer/Business)
  • What if I have zero experience with taxes?
    At Tannis Financials we understand that taxes can be a daunting process for those with no prior experience. We offer a variety of services to help you with your tax preparation needs, including free consultations and step-by-step guidance. Our experienced staff will be here to answer any questions you may have and provide the support you need to complete your taxes accurately and efficiently.
  • Is there a monthly subscription fee?
    No, after the initial $97 payment you will have immediate access to the software for the entire year.
