How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

What if I don't have all of my W2's or required documentations?Please refrain from filling out the form until you have all the necessary documentation and information. However, if something is missing it will add an additional 3-7 business days for processing and also a $25 penalty fee.

How will I receive my Tax Refund?Clients have the option to receive their tax refund by Direct Deposit, Check, or a Prepaid Debit Card. You may select which option on the Tax Return Form.

How much money can I make realistically?There isn't a limit on how much money you can make. On average if you have 10 clients per week and charge them each a $800 fee. You would be making $8,000 a week!

What if I signed up for a package, but would like to upgrade?You have the ability to upgrade package tiers at anytime.

What are the splits for?The splits are the fees that will be taken from your profit by the software host. (Customer/Business)
